大型活动碳中和实施与解析

摘要: 为实现第五届全国数据中心冷却节能高峰论坛碳中和目标,依据《大型活动碳中和实施指南(试行)》的基本
原则及实施流程,采取了一系列减排措施,利用排放因子法核算论坛全阶段碳排放量,并通过购买碳汇实现论坛碳中和。
分析结果发现,该届论坛碳排放总量共104 364.78 kg,主要来源于交通排放、餐饮排放以及住宿排放,分别占比
76.502%,13.265%,5.812%。根据核算结果反观减排措施,在住宿安排、酒店用品、办公用品等方面均有较大减排空
间,由此提出了部分建议。碳中和实施流程及研究结果具有示范性和可复制性,可为大型活动碳中和的实施提供参考。

Implementation and Analysis of Carbon Neutrality of Large-scale Events

Abstract: In order to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality of the 5th National Data Center Cooling and Energy Saving Summit
Forum, a series of emission reduction measures were proposed based on the basic principles and implementation process of
Implementation Guidelines for Carbon Neutrality of Large-scale Event (Trial), and the carbon emissions of the forum at all stages
were calculated by using emission factor method, and the carbon neutrality of the forum was realized by purchasing carbon sinks.
The results show that the total carbon emissions of this forum are 104 364.78 kg, mainly from traffic emissions, catering emissions
and accommodation emissions, accounting for 76.502%, 13.265% and 5.812% respectively. Review the emission reduction
measures according to the accounting results, there is large potential for emission reduction in accommodation arrangement, hotel
supplies, office supplies, etc. Therefore, some suggestions were put forward. The implementation process and research results of
carbon neutrality in this paper are exemplary and reproducible, which can provide reference for the implementation of carbon
neutrality of large-scale events.
