1 000 kV特高压输电线路电磁环境影响预测与评价

摘要: 为推动1 000 kV 特高压输电线路的顺利建设,减小特高压输电线路建设对周围环境的影响,减少公众环保投
诉,对1 000 kV 特高压输电线路的典型同塔双回路杆塔进行模式预测,分析运行期产生的电磁环境影响。结果表明:按
照设计规范要求的导线对地面最小距离经过非居民区时,线路下方距地面1.5 m高度处的工频电场强度能够满足GB 8702—
2014 《电磁环境控制限值》相关要求;线路经过居民区时,导线距地面的最小距离需抬高至36 m,线路下方距地面1.5 m
高度处的工频电场强度和工频磁感应强度才能够满足GB 8702—2014 《电磁环境控制限值》中公众曝露控制限值要求。
另外,建议特高压输电线路在选址选线阶段尽量远离居民区;在设计和施工阶段增大导线与地面的距离,减小特高压输
电线路对周围环境的影响。

Abstract: In order to promote the smooth construction of 1 000 kV UHV transmission line, reduce the impact of UHV transmission
line on the surrounding environment and reduce public environmental complaints, the model prediction of the typical 1 000 kV
UHV transmission line with the same tower and double circuit was carried out to analyze the electromagnetic environment
influence. The results show that: when the minimum distance between the conductor and the ground as required by the design
specification passes through non-residential areas, the power frequency electric field strength at a height of 1.5 m above the
ground below the line can meet the relevant requirements of GB 8702-2014 Controlling limits for electromagnetic environment;
when the line passes through residential areas, the minimum distance between the wire and the ground should be raised to 36 m,
and the power frequency electric field strength and power frequency magnetic induction strength at a height of 1.5 m above the
ground below the line can meet the requirements of public exposure control limits in GB 8702 -2014 Controlling limits for
electromagnetic environment
. In addition, it is suggested that UHV transmission line should be far away from residential areas as
far as possible during site selection stage; In the design and construction stage, the distance between conductor and ground should
be increased to reduce the influence of UHV transmission line on the surrounding environment.
