浅谈如何提高放顶煤工作面回收率

摘要: 综采放顶煤技术是目前开采厚及特厚煤层的一种最为经济的技术。然而,这项技术在实际应用过程中存在煤
炭资源回收率低的问题。煤炭资源是一种不可再生的资源,为此,必须减少煤炭资源开采中的浪费,提高资源的回收率。
首先,阐述了提高煤炭资源回收率的意义,主要体现在减少煤炭资源的浪费、延长矿井的服务年限和保证开采的安全性;
然后,介绍了综采放顶煤开采工艺,探讨了放顶煤开采回收率较低的原因;最后,结合实践提出了提高综采放顶煤工作
面回收率的措施,主要有加强地质勘探、合理布置工作面、合理控制采放比、定向软化煤层和采用无煤柱开采技术。希
望所述内容可以为提高放顶煤工作面回收率提供一定的借鉴。

How to Improve Recovery Rate of Top Coal Caving Face

Abstract: Fully-mechanized top coal caving technology is one of the most economical technologies for mining thick and extra
thick coal seams. However, the low recovery rate of coal resources exists in the practical application of this technology. Coal
resource is a non-renewable resource, so it is necessary to reduce the waste in coal mining and improve the resource recovery
rate. Firstly, this paper expounded the significance of improving the recovery rate of coal resources, mainly reflecting in reducing
the waste of coal resources, extending the service life of the mine and ensuring the safety of mining; then, it introduced the mining
technology of fully-mechanized top coal caving, and discussed the reason of low recovery rate of caving top coal; finally, combined
with the practice, it put forward the measures to improve the recovery rate of fully-mechanized top coal caving face, including
strengthening geological exploration, rational layout of working face, reasonable control of stop-caving ratio, directional softening
coal seams and adopting non-pillar mining technology. It is hoped that the mentioned content can provide some reference for
improving the recovery rate of top coal caving face.
