15102胶带巷挑顶过构造施工方案设计

摘要: 由于勘探手段单一,勘探精度有限,不能勘探到一些特殊的隐伏地质构造,这使得在巷道掘进过程中揭露特殊
地质构造时需要制定特殊的施工方案。15102 胶带巷在掘进过程中揭露一条长轴约23 m的陷落柱,且过陷落柱后煤层受
构造影响,倾角发生急剧改变。针对这种情况,对15102 胶带巷进行挑顶压底重新掘进巷道过陷落柱及穿越岩层找煤。
详细地介绍了挑顶巷道重新掘进找煤的施工方案,并制定了一系列安全措施,可以为掘进巷道过地质构造提供一定的
参考。

Design of Construction Scheme for Passing through Structure by Roof Brushing in
15102 Belt Roadway

Abstract: Due to the single exploration means and the limitation of exploration accuracy, some special hidden geological
structures cannot be explored, which makes it necessary to formulate special construction plans when exposing special geological
structures during the process of roadway excavation. During the excavation of 15102 belt roadway, a collapse column with a long
axis of about 23 m was exposed, and the dip angle of the coal seam changed sharply after passing the collapse column due to the
influence of the structure. In view of this situation, the 15102 belt roadway was re-driven through the collapse column by roof
brushing and bottom pressing and through the rock stratum to find coal. This paper introduced in detail the construction scheme of
re-driving and coal prospecting for the roof brushing roadway, and formulated a series of safety measures, which can provide a
certain reference for the geological structure of the tunneling roadway.
