金能煤业回风立井壁后注浆应用分析

摘要: 金能煤业回风立井在80 ~ 217 m段出现了透水点,已经严重影响到立井的正常使用。为了保证回风立井的安
全使用,需要对井筒实施注浆堵水工程。针对回风立井的实际情况,采用了壁后帷幕深浅孔注浆+壁间浅孔注浆综合治
理的方案。详细地介绍了注浆施工参数、设备和施工工艺。经过计算,注浆压力不超过4.75 MPa,单孔注入浆液量为
0.46 m3。此次理论研究可以为实际中井筒透水治理提供一定的参考。

Abstract: In Jinneng Coal Industry Co., Ltd., water permeable point appeared in 80 - 217 m air return shaft, which had seriously
affected the normal operation of the shaft. In order to ensure the safe use of air return shaft, it is necessary to implement the shaft
grouting water plugging project. According to the actual situation of the air return shaft, the comprehensive treatment scheme of
deep and shallow hole grouting of curtain behind wall + shallow hole grouting between walls was adopted. This paper introduced
the construction parameters, equipment and technology of grouting in detail. After calculation, the grouting pressure does not
exceed 4.75 MPa, and the grouting volume of single hole is 0.46 m3. This theoretical study can provide some reference for the
actual treatment of wellbore permeability.
