煤矿皮带机常见故障原因及处理

摘要： 在实际操作过程中，煤矿皮带机经常发生各种故障，严重影响了相应工作，因此必须进行深入分析，并且提
出适当的解决方案。基于12511 工作面提升运输系统的风险描述，结合日常输送皮带机的生产运输现状，分析了生产运
输过程中常见的皮带机故障原因，并提出相关处理方法，从而有针对性地进行日常维护保养与处理，极大地提升了
12511 工作面的生产输送效率。

Common Fault Causes and Treatment of Coal Mine Belt Conveyor

Abstract: In the actual operation process, the coal mine belt conveyor often have various faults, which seriously affects the
related work. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct in -depth analysis and propose appropriate solutions. Based on the risk
description of the hoisting transportation system of the 12511 working face, combined with the production and transportation status
of the daily conveyor belt, this paper analyzed the causes of the common belt conveyor faults in the production and transportation
process, and put forward relevant treatment methods, in order to carry out targeted daily maintenance and treatment, which greatly
improved the production and transportation efficiency of the 12511 working face.
