胶带输送机底部积煤的原因分析及改进

摘要： 针对胶带输送机底部积煤严重且难清理的问题，以王庄煤矿为工程背景，对皮带底部积煤原因进行分析，提出
了减少积煤的措施。设计开发了一种底部积煤清理装置，并在王庄煤矿进行实践。实践表明，相关措施的应用减少了胶带
输送机底部的积煤，底部积煤清理装置及时高效地对积煤进行了清理，减少了对设备的磨损，延长了胶带输送机的使用寿
命，并减少了胶带输送机的维护人员，排除了安全隐患，为该地区其他矿井的胶带输送机底部积煤清理提供了借鉴。

Cause Analysis and Improvement of Coal Accumulation at Bottom of Belt Conveyor

Abstract: In view of the serious and difficult problem of coal accumulation at the bottom of the belt conveyor, taking
Wangzhuang Coal Mine as the engineering background, this paper analyzed the causes of coal accumulation at the bottom of the
belt, and put forward measures to reduce coal accumulation. A cleaning device for coal accumulation at the bottom was designed
and developed, and was put into practice in Wangzhuang Coal Mine. The practice shows that the application of relevant measures
has reduced the coal accumulation at the bottom of the belt conveyor, and the coal accumulation cleaning device at the bottom has
cleaned the coal accumulation in a timely and efficient manner, reduced the wear of the equipment, extended the service life of
the belt conveyor, reduced the maintenance personnel of the belt conveyor, and eliminated the potential safety hazards, providing
a reference for the cleaning of the coal accumulation at the bottom of the belt conveyor in other mines in the region.
