煤层气废弃井处置研究

摘要: 中国煤层气井地面开发大部分集中在煤矿区,随着采煤的范围和区域逐年扩大,造成的煤层气井废弃数量逐
渐增多。对于煤层气地面垂直井,通过分析总结煤层气废弃井的现状,研究了煤层气井套管对煤炭开采的影响,开展了
对套管射孔、套管锻铣、套管封堵三种不同处理措施的试验及总结。通过介绍项目实际情况,找出消除煤层气废弃井不
利影响的方法,并对煤层气废弃井处置进行研究,最终形成煤层气废弃井的处置方法和煤层气井改造方法。

Disposal of Abandoned Coalbed Methane Wells

Abstract: The surface development of coalbed methane wells in China is mostly concentrated in coal mining areas. With the
expansion of the scope and area of coal mining year by year, the number of abandoned coalbed methane wells is gradually
increasing. For surface vertical wells of coalbed methane, by analyzing and summarizing the current situation of abandoned wells
of coalbed methane, the influence of casing in coalbed methane wells on coal mining was studied, and three different treatment
measures of casing perforation, casing forging and milling, and casing plugging were tested and summarized. Through introducing
the actual situation of the project, find out the methods to eliminate the adverse effects of abandoned coalbed methane wells, and
study the disposal of abandoned coalbed methane wells, and finally form the disposal method of abandoned coalbed methane wells
and the transformation method of coalbed methane wells.
