On the Design and Benefit of Harvested Rainwater Cellar at Qitai County in Changji in Xinjiang

Abstract: This paper made brief description of basic information of implementation project area, put forward construction and design
of harvested rainwater cellar, and analyzed its economic and social benefit to implement water conservation, water-saving
irrigation and development and utilization of harvested rainwater cellar and greatly increase crop yield.
