摘要: 以液压支架中使用的27SiMn缸筒作为实验材料,制定热处理调质工艺,跟踪各项参数执行情况,了解其淬透
性和热处理调质工艺执行情况,以满足力学性能要求为目的,选择合理的热处理调质工艺。

Abstract: Taking 27SiMn cylinder barrel used in hydraulic support as experimental material, heat treatment quenching and
tempering process was formulated, executive conditions of various parameters were tracked, and its hardenability and executive
conditions of heat treatment quenching and tempering process were realized in this paper. In order to meet the purpose of
mechanical property requirements, heat treatment quenching and tempering process was reasonably selected.
