Y 型通风工作面瓦斯运移规律及应用研究

摘要: 杜儿坪矿为了解决Y 型通风方式下上隅角及采空区瓦斯超限的问题,利用数值模拟对Y 型通风模式下瓦斯体
积分数分布情况进行分析,发现随着采空区深度的不断增大,瓦斯的体积分数同时呈现逐步增大的趋势,且在工作面上
隅角及靠近上隅角的位置瓦斯体积分数超过1%,需要对瓦斯进行一定的治理。鉴于此,提出通过抽采钻孔系统对超限
瓦斯进行治理,通过相关治理技术的应用,将仰角钻孔抽采的采空区、上隅角、工作面、回风巷等的最大瓦斯体积分数
有效控制在0.8%以内,有效保障了工作面的回采安全,为矿井高效生产提供了有力保障。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of gas overrun in the upper corner and goaf of Duerping Coal Mine under the Y-type
ventilation mode, this paper analyzed the gas volume fraction distribution under the Y-type ventilation mode by using numerical
simulation. It was found that with the increasing depth of the goaf, the gas volume fraction was gradually increasing at the same
time, and the gas volume fraction at the upper corner and near the upper corner of the working face exceeded 1%, which required
certain treatment. So the extraction drilling system was proposed to control the out of limit gas. Through the application of the
control technology, the maximum gas volume fraction in the goaf, upper corner, working face, air return roadway, etc. extracted by
the elevation drilling can be effectively controlled within 0.8%, effectively ensuring the safety of the working face and providing
effective guarantee for the efficient production of the mine.
