考虑消纳成本的跨区域新能源消纳估计方法研究

摘要: 随着时代的发展,可再生能源发电量在中国发电量中的占比越来越大。目前,越来越多的研究为了降低电网
的弃新能源比,以提高新能源消纳能力为目的,却忽略了新能源消纳带来的成本增加。因此,基于时序生产模拟,综合
考虑新能源消纳能力及其对应发电成本,建立了与发电总成本、消纳量共同相关的目标函数,通过罚函数法及可行化处
理机制处理消纳中的约束条件,最后采用粒子群优化算法,基于建立的目标函数计算出最优可消纳新能源电量。

Abstract: With the development of the times, renewable energy power generation accounts for an increasing proportion of China's
electricity generation. At present, more and more research is aimed at reducing the proportion of new energy discarded in the
power grid and improving the capacity of new energy consumption, but it ignores the cost increase brought about by new energy
consumption. Therefore, based on time series production simulation, taking into account the new energy consumption capacity and
corresponding power generation costs, an objective function that is jointly related to the total cost and consumption of power
generation was established. The constraint conditions in consumption were dealt with through penalty function method and
feasibility processing mechanism. Finally, a particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to calculate the optimal energy
consumption of new energy based on the established objective function.
