山西省风电项目投资开发难点分析

摘要： 为提高新能源风电项目投资开发的精准性，确保项目有效落地，开展了一系列的前期分析研究工作。主要从
风能资源分析和项目经济性评价两方面进行研究，重点把握项目的可行性和收益性。在分析过程中对项目发电量进行了
测算，从而对项目的成本-效益进行模式化分析，为下一步开发建设打好基础。

Difficulties in Investment and Development of Wind Power Projects
in Shanxi Province

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of investment and development of new energy wind power projects and ensure the
effective implementation of projects, a series of preliminary analysis and research work was carried out. The research was mainly
conducted from two aspects of wind energy resource analysis and project economic evaluation, with a focus on grasping the
feasibility and profitability of the project. During the analysis process, the power generation capacity of the project was calculated,
so as to conduct a modelled analysis of the cost-benefit of the project, which can lay a solid foundation for the next development
and construction.
