高校节能降耗系统解决方案

摘要: 通过对S 校现有能耗数据的梳理,以问卷调查、现场勘查、系统监测的方式对能耗重点区域——宿舍楼、综
合教学楼、图文-信息中心进行全方位调研,根据发现的异常能耗现象,在现有基础条件下,提出基于设备、系统、管
理三方面的高校节能降耗系统解决方案、预计在苏州市S 校可以实现年度节能15.7%,节省约1.6 ×106元。通过在S 校
部分楼宇的节能验证,取得一个月节能15 219.6 kW·h 的节能效果。为践行“碳达峰、碳中和”的国家战略,实现普通
高校节能降耗提供参考。

Solutions for Energy Saving and Consumption Reduction System in Colleges

Abstract: By combing the existing energy consumption data of S School and conducting an all-round investigation on dormitory
buildings, comprehensive teaching buildings and graphic and text information centers in key areas of energy consumption by
means of questionnaire survey, field investigation and systematic monitoring, this paper proposed an energy saving and
consumption reduction system solution for colleges and universities based on equipment, system and management under the
existing basic conditions according to abnormal energy consumption phenomena found. It was estimated that the annual energy
saving effect of S School in Suzhou can reach 15.7%, saving about 1.6 伊106 yuan. Through the energy-saving verification of some
buildings in S School, the energy-saving effect of 15 219.6 kW·h in one month was obtained. It provides reference for implementing
the national strategy of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" and realizing energy saving and consumption reduction in colleges
and universities.
