浙江省温室气体排放核算与排放强度趋势研究

摘要: 系统研究了2013—2019年浙江省温室气体排放情况,并分析了浙江省碳排放强度及人均碳排放变化趋势。研究结
果表明,浙江省温室气体排放总量由2013年的5.190 ×108 t二氧化碳当量(CO2e)波动上升到2019年的5.466 ×108 t CO2e,
其中能源活动温室气体排放约占全省排放总量的80.43%。单位国内生产总值的碳排放量从2013 年的1.37 t/(104元)稳定
下降到2019 年的0.88 t/(104元),下降幅度达35.77%。人均碳排放强度呈波动趋势,由8.97 t/人下降到8.36 t/人,后又
回升至8.87 t/人。

Accounting and Intensity Trend of Total Greenhouse Gas Emissions
in Zhejiang Province

Abstract: A comprehensive accounting of the greenhouse gases (GHGs) emission inventory in Zhejiang Province from 2013 to
2019 was conducted, and the trends of carbon emission intensity and carbon emission per capita in Zhejiang Province were
analyzed. The research results show that the total GHGs emissions in Zhejiang Province fluctuated from 5.190 ×108 t of carbon
dioxide equivalent (CO2e) in 2013 to 5.466 ×108 t of CO2e in 2019, of which GHGs emissions from energy activities accounted for
about 80.43% of the total emissions in the province; the carbon emissions per gross domestic product in Zhejiang Province
decreased steadily from 1.37 t/(104 yuan) in 2013 to 0.88 t/(104 yuan) in 2019, and the decrease amounted to 35.77%; the carbon
emission intensity per capita in Zhejiang Province first dropped from 8.97 t per capita to 8.36 t per capita, and then rebounded to
8.87 t per capita, showing a fluctuating trend.
