制冷机房节能低碳技术应用及效果验证

摘要: 制冷机房是能耗大户,先进节能低碳技术在制冷机房改造的应用中,需要对实际节能效果进行验证。通过实
际改造案例,针对制冷机房存在的问题实施有效方案,并对全年运行能耗进行模拟计算和实际测量,得到最终实际节能
率达到25.13%,与模拟计算值大致相同。先进节能低碳技术的应用能大幅提升整体制冷机房运行效率,有利于工厂降本
增效,是实现碳中和的重要途径。

Application of Energy-saving and Low-carbon Technology in Refrigerating Station
and Its Effect Verification

Abstract: Refrigeration rooms are large consumers of energy, and the application of advanced energy-saving and low-carbon
technology in the renovation of refrigeration rooms requires verification of actual energy-saving effects. Through actual reconstruction
cases, effective solutions were implemented to address the problems in the refrigeration room, and simulation calculations and
actual measurements were conducted on the annual operating energy consumption. The final actual energy saving rate reached
25.13%, which is approximately the same as the simulation calculation value. The application of advanced energy-saving and
low-carbon technology can significantly improve the operating efficiency of the overall refrigeration room, which is conducive to
reducing costs and increasing efficiency in factories. It is an important way to achieve carbon neutrality.
