节能诊断案例的分析与研究

摘要： 为落实2020 年国家工信部的《工业节能诊断服务行动计划》，按照河北省工信厅的要求安排，中铝环保节能
集团有限公司组织专家团队开展12 家供热、建材、轻工及设备制造等企业的节能诊断服务。在履行社会责任方面，对梳
理节能诊断公益服务内容、节能诊断“零距离”、节能建议共分享等环节进行了详细的分析。在能源利用、能源效率、能
源管理等方面给予节能改造建议，提升企业、行业能效和节能管理水平，促进行业绿色低碳、高质量发展。

Analysis and Research on Energy Saving Diagnosis Cases

Abstract: In order to implement the Action Plan of Industrial Energy Saving Diagnostic Services issued by the National Ministry
of Industry and Information in 2020, and according to the requirements of the Department of Industry and Information Technology
of Hebei Province, Chinalco Environmental Protection and Energy Conservation Group Co., Ltd. organized expert team to carry out
energy saving diagnostic services for 12 enterprises engaged in supplying heat, building materials, light industry and equipment
manufacturing. Detailed analysis was made through sorting out the public service content of energy saving diagnosis, "zero
distance" of energy saving diagnosis, and sharing of energy saving suggestions to fulfill social responsibility, gave suggestions on
energy saving transformation in energy utilization, energy efficiency, energy management, etc., in order to improve the energy
efficiency and energy saving management level of enterprises and industries, and promote the green, low-carbon and high-quality
development of the industry.
