摘要: 为帮助电网加强对燃煤机组能耗与大气污染物排放的监管,督促电厂进行精细化管理,设计了全网燃煤机组节
能减排在线监测系统。提出了系统典型网络架构,设计了主要功能结构,并基于燃煤机组典型生产工艺原理和监管要求,
分析了主要业务功能,建立了其数学模型或应用模型,从而实现了全网燃煤机组能耗与大气污染物排放水平的实时监测和
信息共享,有助于提高节能减排的监管效率,促使电厂进一步挖掘机组的节能减排潜力,具有一定的应用和推广价值。

Emission Reduction of Coal-fired Units in Whole Power Grid

Abstract: In order to help the power grid strengthen the supervision of energy consumption and air pollutant emission of coalfired
units, and urge the power plant to carry out fine management, an online monitoring system for energy saving and emission
reduction of coal-fired units in the whole power grid was designed. The typical network architecture of the system was proposed,
and the main functional structure was designed. Based on the typical production process principles and regulatory requirements of
coal-fired units, the main business functions were analyzed, and its mathematical model or application model was established.
Thus, the real-time monitoring and information sharing of the energy consumption of coal-fired units and the emission level of air
pollutants throughout the network were realized, which was conducive to improving the regulatory efficiency of energy conservation
and emission reduction. It can promote the power plant to further tap the energy saving and emission reduction potential of the
unit, and has certain application and promotion value.
