火电机组深度调峰能力验证试验探讨

摘要: 火电机组深度调峰是全面消纳新能源发电和构建新型电力系统的重要组成部分。火电机组深度调峰能力试验
是验证机组是否具备相应调峰能力的重要手段。以630 MW 超临界机组为例,从机组最小技术出力的安全性、CCS
(Coordination Control System,协调控制系统)变负荷和一次调频性能三方面开展验证试验。试验结果表明,机组在30%
额定负荷(Pe)下,锅炉、汽机及其辅机安全稳定运行且环保指标达标;30%Pe ~40%Pe下,CCS 升降负荷速率分别为每
分钟1.04%Pe和每分钟0.53%Pe,AGC (Automatic Generation Control,自动发电控制)和一次调频性能均满足规定的要求。

Verification Test of Deep Peak Regulating Capacity of Thermal Power Units

Abstract: Deep peak regulation of thermal power units is an important part of comprehensive absorption of new energy power
generation and construction of new power system. The deep peak regulating ability test of thermal power units is an important
means to verify whether the unit has the corresponding peak regulating ability. Taking a 630 MW supercritical unit as an example,
the validation tests were carried out from three aspects: the safety of the minimum technical output of the unit, the variable load of
CCS (Coordination Control System) and the performance of primary frequency modulation. The test results show that under 30%
rated load (Pe), the boiler, steam engine and its auxiliary engines operate safely and stably, and the environmental protection index
reaches the standard; at 30%Pe to 40%Pe, the loading and unloading rates of CCS are 1.04%Pe per minute and 0.53%Pe per minute
respectively. Both AGC (Automatic Generation Control) and primary frequency modulation performance meet the requirements.
