基于无线通信的采煤机状态监测研究

摘要: 针对传统采煤机状态有线监测方式存在的线缆容易损坏、布线困难以及通信质量不高等问题,基于ZigBee 无
线网络构建了一种采煤机状态监测系统,对系统硬件、软件进行了设计,并进行了实验分析。构建的监控系统通过采煤
机机载PC、NI 卡实现对各传感器数据的采集、传输,后通过ZigBee 无线网络实现远距离、高效传输;机载PC 可实现
对监测数据的高效处理,通过LabVIEW 监控程序实现监测数据显示,显示界面更为直观。与传统的有线监测方式相比,
基于无线通信的采煤机状态监测系统在减少布线工作量、提高监测系统运行稳定性以及扩大应用范围等方面表现出显著
优势。研究成果为井下采煤机实时监测提供了一种新的可借鉴经验。

Condition Monitoring of Shearer Based on Wireless Communication

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of cable damage, wiring difficulty and poor communication quality existing in the traditional
shearer condition wired monitoring mode, a shearer condition monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless network was
constructed, the system hardware and software were designed, and the experimental analysis was carried out finally. The
monitoring system constructed realizes the data acquisition and transmission of each sensor through the shearer onboard PC and
NI card, and then realizes the long-distance and efficient transmission through ZigBee network; the onboard PC can realize the
efficient processing of monitoring data, and the monitoring data display can be realized through the LabVIEW monitoring program,
and the display interface is more intuitive. Compared with the traditional wired monitoring method, the shearer condition
monitoring system based on wireless communication has obvious advantages in reducing the wiring workload, improving the
operation stability and application range of the monitoring system. The research results provide new experience for real-time
monitoring of underground shearer.
