矿用皮带运输机常见故障原因分析及防范

摘要： 在煤矿生产中，皮带运输机是极其重要的设备，皮带运输机的运行状态直接影响到煤炭开采的效率和安全性。但
在实际运行过程中，由于受到矿井下各种环境因素的影响，皮带运输机经常会发生各种故障，导致煤矿企业生产成本增加。
因此，煤矿企业必须重视对皮带运输机故障的处理，提高故障处理质量，保证煤炭生产顺利进行，创造更高的生产效益。
主要对矿用皮带运输机在运行过程中常见故障的原因进行了分析，并针对这些常见故障提出了相应的预防及解决措施。

Common Fault Causes and Prevention of Mining Belt Conveyors

Abstract: In coal mine production, belt conveyors are extremely important equipment, and their operating status directly affects
the efficiency and safety of coal mining. However, in the actual operation process, due to the impact of various environmental
factors under the mine, various faults often occur in belt conveyors, resulting in increased production costs for coal mining
enterprises. Therefore, coal mining enterprises must attach importance to the handling of belt conveyor faults, improve the quality
of fault handling, ensure the smooth progress of coal production, and create higher production benefits. This paper mainly analyzed
the causes of common faults of mining belt conveyors during operation, and put forward corresponding preventive and solving
measures for these common faults.
