高强支护技术在煤矿掘进中的应用研究

摘要: 煤矿巷道掘进过程中,采用合适的支护技术维持巷道的稳定性十分重要。在一些特殊情况下,传统的支护技
术难以满足巷道变形控制的需要。为此,需要采用高强支护技术。首先,分析了高强支护技术的类型,主要有可缩性支
架支护技术、注浆支护技术、锚杆锚索联合支护技术和混凝土墙支护技术;其次,分析了高强支护技术在巷道掘进中的
应用情况,主要包括防止巷道冲击地压、控制软岩巷道大变形和维持动压条件下巷道的稳定性。此次理论研究可以为高
强支护技术的实际应用提供一定的参考。

Application of High-strength Support Technology in Coal Mine Excavation

Abstract: In the process of coal mine roadway excavation, it is very important to adopt the appropriate support technology to
maintain the stability of roadways. In some special cases, the traditional support technology is difficult to meet the needs of
roadway deformation control. Therefore, high-strength support technology is needed. Firstly, the types of high-strength support
technology were analyzed, including the collapsible support technology, grouting support technology, combined support technology
of bolt and cable and concrete wall support technology. Secondly, the application of high-strength support technology in roadway
excavation was analyzed, mainly including preventing rock burst in roadways, controlling large deformation of soft rock roadways
and maintaining roadway stability under dynamic pressure. The theoretical study can provide some reference for the practical
application of high-strength support technology.
