选煤厂提质增效工程设计

摘要： 为了提高选煤厂的分选能力和分选质量，需要对选煤厂进行提质增效改造。结合新景矿选煤厂的实际情况，
分析了需要更换和增加的设备，主要有振动筛、在线监测监控系统、变频器自动调节装置和脱水分级筛，改造设备总费
用达到了1.687 ×10⁷元。改造后，选煤厂分选效果将会得到提升。可以为选煤厂的提质增效改造提供一定的参考。

Engineering Design for Improving Quality and Efficiency in Coal

Abstract: In order to improve the separation capacity and separation quality of coal preparation plants, it is necessary to carry
out quality improvement and efficiency enhancement transformation. Based on the actual situation of Xinjing Coal Preparation Plant,
this paper analyzed the equipment that needs to be replaced and added, mainly including vibrating screen, online monitoring and
monitoring system, frequency converter automatic adjustment device, and dehydration classification screen. The total cost of the
equipment modification reached 1.687 伊107 yuan. After the transformation, the separation effect of the coal preparation plant will
be improved. It can provide a certain reference for improving the quality and efficiency of coal preparation plants.
