镍原料与其衍生产品的理化性质分析

摘要: 镍(Ni)是生产锂离子电池材料的重要原料,镍渣是湿法浸出生产NiSO4时产生的一种工业废渣。提高镍矿的
镍浸出率不仅可以提高NiSO4 的产量,还可以大大减少含镍废渣的产生,减少对环境的污染。借助ICP,XRF,SEM,
EDS 等现代测试方法对镍原料及其衍生产品进行理化性质的表征,准确地对镍原料及其衍生产品的元素组成与成分占比
进行了分析,对锂离子电池材料制造过程中产生的含镍中间品及废渣进行了准确定性与判别,通过结合ICP,XRF,SEM
与EDS 等的结果进行分析,为含镍原料镍浸出率的提高与含镍废渣的处理提供了准确参照。

Abstract: Nickel (Ni) is an important raw material for the production of lithium-ion battery material. Nickel slag is a kind of
industrial waste produced by wet leaching to produce NiSO4. Increasing the nickel leaching rate in nickel ore can not only
increase the yield of NiSO4, but also greatly reduce the production of nickel-containing waste slag and reduce the pollution to the
environment. By means of modern test methods such as ICP, XRF, SEM and EDS, the physical and chemical properties of nickel
raw material and its derivatives were characterized, the elemental composition and component proportion of nickel raw material
and its derivatives were analyzed accurately, and the nickel-containing intermediate products and waste residues produced in the
manufacturing process of lithium-ion battery material were analyzed qualitatively and discriminately. The analysis of the results of
ICP, XRF, SEM and EDS provided an accurate reference for the nickel improvement of the leaching rate of nickel-containing raw
material and the treatment of nickel-containing waste residue.
