摘要: 湍流燃烧是复杂的湍流与燃烧化学的相互作用过程,具有宽广的时间尺度和长度尺度,在实际应用中有着十
分重要的地位。通过数值模拟的方法,在不同的当量比下改变速比,得到不同工况下的燃烧器出口温度、NO 体积分数
和CO 体积分数、燃烧器温度分布云图以及NO,CO,O2体积分数分布云图,并得到燃气锅炉整体温度分布云图。要减
少燃气锅炉污染物的排放,就需在NO 和CO 排放之间做权衡以达到效益最大化。同时,富燃可有效减少NO 的排放量。
在速比较小时,随着速比的增大,最终排气温度升高,而当速比大于一定值时,最终排气温度将稳定下来,此时速比变
化不影响排温效果。

Abstract: Turbulent combustion is a complex interaction process of turbulent flow and combustion chemistry with a wide time
scale and length scale, which has a very important position in practical applications. The burner outlet temperature, NO and CO
volume fraction, burner temperature distribution nephogram, as well as the NO, CO and O2 volume fraction nephogram under
different working conditions were obtained by changing the velocity ratio under different equivalent ratios by numerical simulation.
And the nephogram of the overall temperature distribution of the gas boiler was obtained. Reducing the emission of pollutants from
gas boilers requires a trade-off between the emissions of NO and CO to maximize the benefits. Meanwhile, rich combustion can
effectively reduce NO emission. When the speed ratio is small, the final exhaust temperature increases as the speed ratio
increases, while when the speed ratio is larger than a certain value, the final exhaust temperature will stabilize, and at this time
the speed ratio change does not affect the exhaust temperature effect.
