“双碳”背景下的节能诊断研究：以A热电企业为例

摘要： 节能诊断是以降低能源消耗、提高能源利用率为核心的技术服务，对助力“双碳”目标实现有重要作用。以A
热电企业为例开展节能诊断研究，对企业生产工艺全流程进行了能耗分析与碳排放核算，得出了企业单位产值综合能耗、
排放等数据，并为企业进一步节能减排挖潜提出了可行性建议。企业节能诊断可全面提升企业能效和节能管理水平。

Energy-saving Diagnosis under Background of "Double Carbon": Taking Thermal
Power Enterprise A as an Example

Abstract: Energy-saving diagnosis is a technical service focusing on reducing energy consumption and improving energy utilization
rate, which plays an important role in helping to achieve "double carbon" goals. Thermal power enterprise A was taken as an
example to carry out energy-saving diagnosis research, and the energy consumption analysis and carbon emission calculation of
the whole production process of the enterprise were carried out. The comprehensive energy consumption and emission data of the
enterprise per unit of output value were obtained, and feasible suggestions were provided for the enterprise to further explore the
potential of energy conservation and emission reduction. Enterprise energy-saving diagnosis can comprehensively improve the
energy efficiency and energy-saving management level of enterprises.
