煤矿综采面回采巷道锚索式超前支护技术应用研究

摘要: 中国煤矿回采巷道当前的超前支护形式多为以单体液压支柱配合铰接顶梁为主的被动式超前支护,该支护形
式工人劳动强度大、危险系数高,难以保障煤炭回采安全和生产效率。针对此,提出了采用锚索主动式超前支护替代单
体被动式超前支护的技术思路,以回坡底煤矿112 工作面皮带巷超前支护为工程背景,探索锚索式超前支护技术的可行
性和适用性。通过现场实测,获取了回采期间皮带巷的矿压显现规律、采动围岩裂隙发育程度,利用数值模拟分析了皮
带巷超前支护段围岩应力分布与裂隙演化特征。工程应用结果表明:皮带巷超前段两帮最大移近量为8 mm,顶板最大下
沉量为5 mm,锚索受力变化量最大为3 kN;取消了112 工作面皮带巷超前支护段大部分单体支柱,单体支柱使用量降
低了87.5%。采用的主动式超前支护技术既创新了回坡底煤矿工作面超前支护形式,又大幅节约了超前支护成本,降低
了工人劳动强度,改善了超前段作业环境与安全形势,取得了明显的技术经济效益。

Application of Anchor Cable Type Advance Support Technology in Fully
Mechanized Mining Roadways of Coal Mines

Abstract: The current advance support form of coal mining roadway in China is mainly passive advance support with single
hydraulic prop and articulated roof beam. This support form has high labor intensity and high risk coefficient, which is difficult to
ensure the safety and production efficiency of coal mining. In view of this, the technical idea of replacing the single passive
advance support with the active advance support of anchor cable was put forward, and the feasibility and applicability of the
anchor cable advance support technology were explored with the advance support of the 112 working face belt roadway in Huipodi
Coal Mine as the engineering background. Through field measurement, the rock pressure behavior law of the belt roadway during
the mining period and the development degree of the surrounding rock fractures were obtained, and the stress distribution and
fracture evolution characteristics of the surrounding rock in the advance support section of the belt roadway were analyzed by using
numerical simulation. The engineering application results show that the maximum approaching amount of the two sides of the belt
roadway is 8 mm, the maximum roof settling amount is 5 mm, and the maximum force variation of the anchor cable is 3 kN; most
single props in the advance support section of the 112 belt roadway have been canceled, and the use of single props has
decreased by 87.5%. The active advance support technology adopted not only innovates the advance support form of the working
face of Huipodi Coal Mine, but also greatly saves the advance support cost, reduces the labor intensity of workers, improves the
working environment and safety situation of the advance section, and obtains obvious technical and economic benefits.
