锚杆锚固间距对巷道支护的影响研究

摘要: 针对山西凌志达煤业有限公司锚杆间距不合理,锚固密度过大的实际情况,在15501 工作面巷道原支护方案
的基础上进行合理的布置。采用ANSYS 模拟软件分析锚杆锚固间距与巷道位移变形量之间的关系,对不同锚杆锚固间距
的支护方案进行分析比较,当顶板锚杆锚固间距为1.0 m,两帮锚杆锚固间距为1.1 m时,锚固效果最为合理,可以增加
巷道围岩的受力范围,减弱其应力集中现象,达到巷道安全稳定要求,比原支护方案更加合理。现场试验结果表明,优
化后的方案巷道位移变形量在100 mm以内,减少了巷道位移变形,说明优化后的方案合理可行。

Influence of Bolt Anchorage Spacing on Roadway Support

Abstract: Aiming at the actual situation of unreasonable bolt spacing and excessive anchorage density in Lingzhida Coal Industry
Co., Ltd. of Shanxi, a more reasonable layout was carried out on the basis of the original support scheme of 15501 working face.
ANSYS simulation software was used to analyze the relationship between bolt anchorage distance and roadway displacement and
deformation, and supporting schemes with different bolt anchorage distance were put forward. The results show that the anchorage
effect was the most reasonable when the bolt anchorage spacing of roof was 1 m and the bolt anchorage spacing of two sides was
1.1 m, which can increase the stress range of roadway surrounding rock, weaken the stress concentration phenomenon, meet the
safety and stability requirements of roadway, and is more reasonable than the original support scheme. The field test results
showed that the roadway displacement and deformation of the optimized scheme was within 100 mm, which reduced the roadway
displacement and deformation, indicating that the optimized scheme was reasonable and feasible.
