电牵引采煤机常见故障及其处理办法研究

摘要： 采煤机是煤矿机械化开采的核心设备之一，其正常运行直接关系到煤矿开采的效率。由于煤矿井下恶劣的生
产条件，采煤机在运行过程中不可避免地发生各种故障。为了保证煤矿开采的效率，必须对采煤机出现的故障进行及时
处理。分析了电牵引采煤机运行过程中常出现的一些故障，主要包括机械故障、液压故障和电气故障，探讨了电牵引采
煤机故障的处理办法，可以为采煤机故障处理提供一定的技术参考。

Common Faults of Electric Traction Shearer and Treatment Methods

Abstract: Shearer is one of the core equipment of mechanized coal mining, and its normal operation is directly related to the
efficiency of coal mining. Due to the bad production conditions in underground coal mine, various faults of shearer inevitably
occur during operation. In order to ensure the efficiency of coal mining, it is necessary to deal with the fault of shearer in time.
Some faults that often occur in the operation process of electric traction shearer were analyzed, including mechanical faults,
hydraulic faults and electrical faults, the treatment methods of electric traction shearer faults were discussed, which can provide
certain technical reference for shearer fault treatment.
