摘要: 为了预防布尔台煤矿301 综放工作面坚硬顶板垮落引起来压强度大的问题,采用高压水力压裂技术,通过在
不同区域布置定向长钻孔、浅孔及大直径卸压钻孔的方式,对坚硬顶板实施干预,并进行相应的矿压监测,发现初次来
压强度降低袁来压期间支架最大下沉量仅有400 mm,巷道以及锚杆受力均较小,工作面及巷道处于稳定状态,证明了该
技术的可行性与优良性。

Hard Roof Control of Fully Mechanized Caving Face Based on High-pressure
Hydraulic Fracturing Technology

Abstract: In order to prevent the collapse of the hard roof in the 301 fully mechanized caving face of Buertai Coal Mine from
causing the problem of large weighting strength, high-pressure hydraulic fracturing technology was used to intervene the hard roof
by arranging directional long holes, shallow holes and large-diameter pressure relief holes in different areas, and mine pressure
monitoring was carried out accordingly. It was found that the initial weighting strength was reduced, the maximum support
subsidence during weighting was only 400 mm, and the stress on the roadway and anchor bolt was small, the working face and the
roadway were in a stable state, which can prove the feasibility and excellence of the technology.
