改造废弃预抽井抽采采空区瓦斯技术试验

摘要: 为解决采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯问题和保证采空区煤层气资源有效利用,提出了一种废弃预抽井改造为采空区
煤层气井的工艺。对岳城煤矿2301 工作面上方废弃的YC-50 预抽煤层气井进行了改造试验。试验结果表明:改造后的
采空区煤层气井地面抽采,能降低采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯体积分数,同时又能使煤层气资源得到充分利用,减少对大气
环境的污染。

Experiment of Gas Extraction Technology in Goaf by Transforming Abandoned
Pre-drainage Wells

Abstract: In order to solve the gas problem in the upper corners of the coal mining face and ensure the effective utilization of
the coalbed methane resources in the goaf, a process of transforming the abandoned pre-drainage well into the goaf coalbed
methane well in the goaf was proposed. The abandoned YC-50 pre-drainage coalbed methane well above the 2301 working face
of Yuecheng Coal Mine was reformed and tested. The test results show that the ground drainage of the goaf coalbed methane well
can reduce the gas volume fraction in the upper corners of the coal mining face, and at the same time make full use of the
coalbed methane resources and reduce the pollution to the atmospheric environment.
