煤矿异形工作面回采技术浅析

摘要: 义城煤业矿井地质条件复杂,地质构造发育,受断层走向不规则影响,采用以往长壁式综采工作面布置时产
生很多边角煤无法回采,应通过科技创新实现煤炭资源精采细采,以达到安全经济、合理回采。该矿19107 综采工作面
原设计为走向长壁工作面,实际施工轨道顺槽时揭露F66断层走向与原设计资料相比左偏47.6°,通过设计变更方案对比,
确定19107 综采工作面设计为异形工作面,将切眼内安装后剩余的液压支架及延长工作面所需配套的运输机槽、刮板链
等设备储放在轨道顺槽内。该次技术的应用是典型的根据地质构造布置异形工作面的回采实例,为地质构造复杂矿井多
回收煤炭资源,延长矿井服务年限,降低成本,做到精采细采,提高矿井的精益化管理水平提供了借鉴。

Stoping Technology of Coal Mine Special-shaped Working Face

Abstract: The mine of Yicheng Coal Industry Co., Ltd. characterized by complex geological conditions, well-developed geological
structures and irregular strike of faults. As a result, many corner coal cannot be extracted when using the previous long wall fully
mechanized mining face layout. By utilizing technological innovation, precision mining of coal resources is achieved to achieve
safe, economic and reasonable extraction. The original design of the 19107 fully mechanized mining face in the mine was a strike
long-wall working face. However, during the actual construction of the track trough, the F66 fault strike was exposed to be 47.6°
left of the original design data. Through a comparison of the design change plan, it was determined that the 19107 fully
mechanized mining face was designed as a special-shaped working face. The remaining hydraulic support installed in the cutting
hole and the necessary supporting equipment such as conveyor trough and scraper chain for extending the working face were
stored in the track gateway. The application of this technology is a typical example of arranging special-shaped working faces
based on geological structures, providing reference and assistance for the recovery of coal resources, extending the service life of
the mine, reducing costs, achieving precision mining and fine mining, and improving the level of lean management in the mine
with complex geological structures.
