燃气分布式能源站机务技术监督探讨

摘要: 随着工业的快速发展,能耗和排放增大,节能减排已经势在必行。燃气分布式能源的开发利用在降低能耗、
减少排放方面具有显著效果,燃气分布式能源站项目因此增多。通过对国内已投产燃气分布式能源站的分析发现,大部
分能源站存在容量不适配、运行可靠性不高、经济效益低等问题,严重影响了能源站作用的发挥。导致上述问题的主要
原因是相关标准的缺失,特别是技术监督领域。技术监督与燃气分布式能源站的运营情况密切相关,因此要对该项工作
予以足够的重视。为最大限度发挥能源站的节能减排作用,应做好机务技术监督工作。基于此,从燃气分布式能源特点
及能源站技术现状出发,论述了燃气分布式能源站机务技术监督要点。

Maintenance Technology Supervision for Gas Distributed Energy Stations

Abstract: With the rapid development of industrial industry, energy consumption and emissions have increased, and energy
conservation and emission reduction have become imperative. Gas distributed energy has very significant effect in reducing energy
consumption and emissions, which increases the number of gas distributed energy station projects. Through the analysis of
domestic gas distributed energy stations that have been put into operation, it is found that most of the energy stations have
problems such as inappropriate capacity, low operation reliability and low economic benefits, which seriously affect the role of
energy stations. The main reason for the above problems is the lack of relevant standards, especially in the field of technical
supervision. Technical supervision is closely related to the operation of gas distributed energy stations, so enough attention should
be paid to this work. In order to maximize the role of energy stations in energy conservation and emission reduction, maintenance
technology supervision should be done well. Based on this, the key points of maintenance technology supervision of gas distributed
energy stations were discussed from the characteristics of gas distributed energy and the technical status of energy stations.
