近距离煤层采空区下巷道支护研究

摘要: 为了解决近距离煤层采空区下巷道支护技术难题,在充分分析地质条件的基础上,采用数值模拟分析工作面
位于不同位置时对下部巷道的影响。根据模拟结果,提出了以恒阻大变形锚索支护和注浆锚索支护为主的补强支护技术。
经现场实际监测,加强支护后的3 条巷道顶板下沉量最大为78 mm,两帮收敛量最大为116 mm,两帮收敛量和顶底板移
近量得到明显控制,满足安全生产需要。

Roadway Support under Goaf in Close-distance Coal Seams

Abstract: In order to solve the technical problems of roadway support under goaf in close-distance coal seams, based on the full
analysis of geological conditions, numerical simulation was used to analyze the influence of working face at different locations over
the lower roadway. According to the simulation results, the reinforcement support technology based on constant-resistance large
deformation anchor cable and grouting anchor cable was proposed. The actual monitoring shows that the maximum subsidence of
the roof was 78 mm, the maximum convergence of the two walls was 116 mm, and the convergence of the walls and the
displacement of the roof and floor were obviously controlled, which can meet the needs of safety production.
