宝鸡高新区能源消费碳排放核算及优化路径

摘要: 在“双碳”目标及“国家高新区绿色发展专项行动”背景下,核算宝鸡高新区能源消费碳排放,厘清碳排放
变化趋势及规律具有重要意义。以宝鸡高新区能源消费为研究对象,利用IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change,
联合国政府间气候变化专门委员会)排放因子法对2016—2020 年工业和交通领域能源消费碳排放进行定量分析。研究表
明院:宝鸡高新区工业领域能源消费和碳排放以原煤为主,但其增长率较低且呈下降趋势,天然气消费量呈现稳步增长趋
势;交通领域因私家车保有量较大,能源消耗最多,碳排放中以燃油车碳排放量最大,清洁能源交通类型占比较小曰能源
消费总量整体增加,但能源消费碳排放量增长率呈现缓慢下降趋势。在此基础上,根据实际情况提出能源领域减排对策。

Accounting and Optimization Path for Carbon Emissions from Energy
Consumption in Baoji High-tech Zone

Abstract: Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals and the "National High -tech Zone Green
Development Special Action", it is of great significance to calculate the carbon emissions of energy consumption in Baoji Hightech
Zone and clarify the trend and law of carbon emission changes. Taking the energy consumption of Baoji High-tech Zone as
the research object, the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) emission factor method was used to quantitatively
analyze the carbon emissions of energy consumption in the industrial and transportation fields from 2016 to 2020. Studies show
that raw coal is the main energy consumption and carbon emissions in the industrial sector of Baoji High-tech Zone, but its
growth rate is low and declining, and natural gas shows a steady growth trend; in the transportation field, due to the large number
of private cars and the largest energy consumption, fuel vehicles have the largest carbon emissions among carbon emissions, and
clean energy transportation accounts for a relatively small proportion; the total energy consumption increased as a whole, but the
growth rate of energy consumption and carbon emissions showed a slow downward trend, on this basis, countermeasures for
emission reduction in the energy field were proposed according to the actual situation.
