“双碳”背景下山西光伏产业高质量发展态势及路径研究

摘要： 随着“双碳”目标全面融入中国经济社会发展中长期规划，能源系统低碳转型要求更加迫切。中国正处在新
旧增长动能转换阶段，增长动力不足成为亟须解决的问题。山西省作为中国重要的碳排放大省和能源基地，也面临着如
何在“双碳”目标压力下平衡低碳减排压力和保障能源供应的难题。通过探寻山西省光伏产业高质量发展路径，探索山
西省绿色低碳发展之路，破解社会经济转型发展阵痛难题，降低转型发展搁置成本，实现山西省经济社会全方位、全要
素协同增效。

High Quality Development Trend and Path of Photovoltaic Industry of Shanxi
under Background of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality Goals

Abstract: As the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals is fully integrated into the medium and long-term planning of
China's economic and social development, the demand for low carbon transformation of the energy system has become more
urgent. China is in a phase of transformation between old and new growth dynamics, with insufficient growth momentum becoming
an urgent issue. As an important carbon emission province and energy base in China, Shanxi Province is also facing the challenge
of balancing the pressure of low-carbon emission reduction and energy supply under the pressure of the carbon peaking and
carbon neutrality goals. Through exploring the path of high quality development of photovoltaic industry in Shanxi Province, the
path of green and low carbon development in Shanxi Province was explored, in order to solve the problem of socio-economic
transformation and development pain, reduce the stranded cost of transformation development, and realize the synergy of all factors
of economic and social development in Shanxi Province.
