掘进工作面瓦斯涌出影响因素及防治策略

摘要: 为减少掘进工作面瓦斯事故的发生,以矿井瓦斯涌出机理为基础,分析了掘进速度和风筒布置位置对掘进工
作面瓦斯涌出量的影响。结果表明:掘进速度越快,掘进工作面瓦斯涌出量越大;风筒布置于顶帮比偏帮更有利于降低
掘进工作面的瓦斯涌出量。同时从加强掘进面迎头通风管理和掘进过程中的瓦斯防治措施两方面给出瓦斯防治策略,为
矿井掘进工作面的瓦斯防治提供参考。

Abstract: In order to reduce the occurrence of gas accidents in driving face, based on the mechanism of gas gushing, the influences
of driving speed and air duct placement on gas gushing amount in driving face were analyzed. The results show that the faster the
driving speed, the larger the gas gushing amount of the driving face; and the top side of the air duct is more conducive to reducing
the gas concentration of the driving face than the side. The suggestions of gas prevention and control were given from two aspects
of strengthening ventilation management in front of the driving face and gas control measures in the driving process, which can
provide reference for gas prevention and control of mine driving face.
