煤炭洗选存在的问题及质量提升

摘要： 在煤炭生产过程中，煤炭洗选是非常重要的环节。煤炭洗选主要是对开采出的原煤进行筛选，将煤炭中的有
害物质和杂质等除去，使煤炭变为可投入使用的精煤。但是，实际洗选过程中存在很多问题，例如设备老化严重、原煤
入选率比较低等。因此，煤矿企业需要采取一定的措施提高煤炭洗选质量。主要对煤炭洗选的原理进行了简单阐述，同
时对煤炭洗选过程中存在的主要问题进行了分析，并针对问题提出了提高煤炭洗选质量的措施，为洗煤厂提供一定的参
考，进一步提高煤炭洗选的质量和效率，进而促进煤矿企业的发展。

Problems and Quality Improvement of Coal Washing

Abstract: In the process of coal production, coal washing is a very important link. Coal washing mainly involves screening the
extracted raw coal, removing harmful substances and impurities from the coal, and turning it into clean coal that can be put into
use. However, there are many problems in the actual washing process, such as severe equipment aging and low selection ratio of
raw coal. Therefore, coal mining enterprises need to take certain measures to improve the quality of coal washing. This paper
mainly elaborated on the principle of coal washing, analyzed the main problems that exist in the coal washing process, and
proposed some feasible measures to improve the quality of coal washing, which can provide a certain reference for coal washing
plants, further improve the quality and efficiency of coal washing, and promote the development of coal mining enterprises.
