深井酸性浸水煤层风干氧化自然发火特性研究:
以高家堡煤矿204工作面为例

摘要: 采空区遗煤自燃是矿井火灾的重要表现形式,遗煤自燃将导致极为严重的后果,因此,研究煤层风干氧化自
然发火特性对煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。结合高家堡煤矿204 工作面实际情况,采用程序升温实验对煤层自然发火特
性进行研究。结果表明:预处理后煤样的耗氧体积分数均小于原煤的耗氧体积分数;经过分析产生CO,CO2的体积分数
与预处理方式的关系可知,经过预处理后,2 种气体体积分数不断增大,CH4体积分数在整个实验过程中均表现为不断
增大的变化趋势;处理后煤层更易发生自燃。研究结果对煤矿防火安全具有指导意义。

Soaked Coal Seams: A Case Study of 204 Working Face of Gaojiabao Coal Mine

Abstract: Spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf is an important form of mine fire, which will lead to serious consequences.
Therefore, it is of great significance to study the characteristics of spontaneous combustion of air-dried oxidation of coal seam for
coal mine safety production. According to the actual situation of 204 working face in Gaojiapu Coal Mine, this paper studied the
spontaneous combustion characteristics of coal seam by using programmed temperature experiment. The results show that the
consumption volume fraction of O2 is less than that of raw coal after pretreatment; by analyzing the relationship between the
production volume fraction of CO and CO2 and the pretreatment method, it can be seen that after pretreatment, the volume
fractions of the two gases continue to increase, while the CH4 volume fraction shows a trend of continuous increase throughout the
entire experimental process; after pretreatment, the coal seam is more prone to spontaneous combustion. The research results have
guiding significance for coal mine fire safety.
