“双碳”目标下能源企业绿色低碳发展研究

摘要： CO₂过度排放是世界各国关注的热点生态环境问题，导致碳排放的众多来源之一则是能源企业的生产与消费活
动。基于此，CO₂排放是能源企业必然要治理的末端排放问题。分析了中国能源企业在能源消费与能源供给等方面的发
展现状，在此基础上指出中国能源企业CO₂减排存在的问题，最后基于能源企业发展当下存在的主要问题提出相应的建
议与对策，旨在为能源企业降低CO₂排放提供一些指引。

Green and Low-carbon Development of Energy Enterprises Under Goal of
"Double Carbon"

Abstract: Excessive CO₂ emission is a hot ecological and environmental issue that attracts attention all over the world. One of
the many sources of carbon emission is the production and consumption activities of energy enterprises. Based on this, CO2
emission is the terminal emission problem that energy enterprises must control. The development status of Chinese energy
enterprises in energy consumption and energy supply was analyzed, and the existing problems of Chinese energy enterprises in
CO₂ emission reduction were pointed out; finally, based on the main problems existing in the development of energy enterprises,
the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures were put forward, aiming to provide some guidance for energy enterprises to
reduce CO₂ emissions.
