垃圾焚烧厂利用渗滤液中的废氨进行烟气脱硝的应用

摘要： 生活垃圾焚烧厂配套的渗滤液处理系统采用蒸氨技术进行脱氮，通过回收利用废水中的氨制成氨水，投入到
垃圾焚烧厂烟气处理的脱硝系统中，既解决了渗滤液处理的高氨氮难题，又为焚烧厂提供了环保耗材。蒸氨及脱硝系统
运行稳定，技术可靠，氮氧化物指标稳定，研究为生活垃圾焚烧行业节能减排、降耗提供了经验参考。

Application of Waste Ammonia in Leachate for Flue Gas Denitration in Waste
Incineration Plants

Abstract: Ammonia evaporation technology was adopted to remove nitrogen in the leachate treatment system supporting the
domestic waste incineration plant. The ammonia in waste water is recycled to make ammonia water, which is put into the
denitration system for waste incineration flue gas treatment. This not only solves the problem of high ammonia nitrogen in leachate
treatment, but also provides environmental protection consumables for the incineration plant. The ammonia distillation and
denitrification system operate stably, the technology is reliable, and the nitrogen oxide index is stable, providing experience
reference for energy conservation, emission reduction and consumption reduction in the domestic waste incineration industry.
