孤岛工作面多作业环节防火技术应用研究

摘要: 防止工作面遗煤发生自然发火,是矿井火灾防范工作的重中之重,尤其是孤岛工作面,相较于普通回采工作
面存在更大的自然发火风险。以A 矿孤岛工作面回采期间防火为例,采用注氮、阻化剂喷洒及自然发火预测预报等多种
技术手段。通过对井下气体进行监测,选择合适的时机注氮、喷洒阻化剂,能有效消除井下火灾隐患,对孤岛工作面的
防火有很大的参考与推广价值。

Application of Fire Protection Technology in Multiple Operation Links of Isolated
Island Working Faces

Abstract: Preventing the occurrence of spontaneous combustion of coal left over from the working face is a top priority in mine
fire prevention work. Especially in isolated working faces, there is a greater risk of spontaneous combustion compared to ordinary
mining faces. Taking the fire prevention during the mining period of A Mine's isolated island working face as an example, various
technical methods such as nitrogen injection, inhibitor spraying, and spontaneous combustion were adopted. By monitoring the
underground gas and selecting appropriate timing for nitrogen injection and inhibitor spraying, the hidden fire hazards in the
underground can be effectively eliminated, which has great reference and promotion value for the fire prevention of the isolated
island working face.
