进气温度对于矿用防爆柴油机排放性能的影响研究

摘要: 为了研究进气温度对于矿用防爆柴油机排放性能的影响,进行了3 次防爆柴油机台架试验。3 次进气温度分别
为25 ℃,30 ℃,35 ℃,3 次温度由进气空调设定。在9 个工况点(转速分别为2 200 r/min,1 500 r/min,1 200 r/min,负
荷分别为100%,75%,50%)下进行试验。试验结果表明,矿用防爆柴油机的CO,NOx排放性能随着进气温度的降低
都得到了改善。

Abstract: In order to study the effect of intake air temperature on the emission performance of mine explosion-proof diesel engines,
three bench tests of explosion-proof diesel engines were carried out. The three intake air temperatures were 25 ℃, 30 ℃, and 35 ℃
respectively, and the three temperatures were set by the intake air conditioner. Tests were carried out at 9 operating points (rotational
speed of 2 200 r/min, 1 500 r/min, 1 200 r/min, load of 100%, 75%, 50%, respectively). The test results show that the emission
performance of CO and NOx of mine explosion-proof diesel engine is improved with the decrease of intake air temperature.
