浅析基于风险预控的煤矿安全管理

摘要： 煤矿的安全、生产效率与企业收益息息相关。对煤矿安全管理进行风险预控，能够准确辨识煤矿事故发生的
危险源，对煤矿安全进行评估和制定相应的安全措施。从基于风险预控的煤矿生产管理概述、管理体系的作用、管理体
系的构建和管理体系的优化4 方面阐述了基于风险预控的煤矿安全管理的研究现状，为了解中国基于风险预控的煤矿安
全管理发展趋势提供了一种途径。

Coal Mine Safety Management Based on Risk Pre-control

Abstract: The safety and production efficiency of coal mines are closely related to the profits of enterprises. The risk pre-control
of coal mine safety management can accurately identify the danger sources of coal mine accidents, evaluate coal mine safety and
formulate corresponding safety measures. The current research status of coal mine safety management based on risk pre-control
was expounded from four aspects: overview of coal mine production management based on risk pre -control, function of
management system, construction of management system and optimization of management system, which can provide a way for
understanding the development trend of coal mine safety management based on risk pre-control in China.
