基于碳夹点技术的株洲市能源结构优化研究

摘要: 株洲市作为第三批国家低碳示范城市, 制定了CO2 排放于2025 年达到峰值的目标。在碳达峰目标约束下, 减
少传统化石能源的使用量, 优化能源结构对降低碳排放具有重要意义。以株洲市为研究对象, 分析了2015—2020 年株洲
市的能源消耗和碳排放情况, 基于碳夹点技术确定了碳达峰目标约束下的清洁能源在一次能源中的最小占比, 提出了能
源结构优化方案, 并结合株洲区域优势, 在调整4 类能源占比方面给出可行性建议。

Abstract: Zhuzhou City, as the third batch of national low-carbon demonstration cities, has set a goal of peaking CO2 emissions
by 2025. Reducing the use of traditional fossil fuels and optimizing energy structure under the constraint of carbon peaking targets
are of great significance for reducing carbon emissions. Taking Zhuzhou City as the research object, this paper analyzed the energy
consumption and carbon emissions of Zhuzhou City from 2015 to 2020. Based on carbon pinch technology, the minimum
proportion of clean energy in primary energy under the constraint of carbon peaking target was determined, and an energy
structure optimization plan was proposed. Combining the advantages of Zhuzhou region, feasible suggestions were given for
adjusting the proportion of four types of energy.
