疫苗厂房电力节能监测技术应用研究

摘要: 疫苗厂房电力供应是疫苗生产的基本保障, 因疫苗生产工艺具有特殊性, 在疫苗生产的整个生命周期内, 必
须保证电力系统安全稳定地运行。电力能耗是疫苗厂房的主要耗能部分, 通过能耗在线监测系统, 对厂房内设备电力能
耗进行实时监控和智能化分析, 能有效地为疫苗厂房节能减排提供依据。以电力能耗在线监测系统为基础, 分析了疫苗
厂房电力节能监测技术应用策略, 以期挖掘厂房节能潜力, 实现节能降耗、降本增效的目标。

Application of Monitoring Technology for Power Energy Saving in Vaccine Plants

Abstract: The power supply of vaccine plants is the basic guarantee of vaccine production. Because of the certain particularity of
its vaccine production process, the safe and stable operation of the power system must be guaranteed throughout the life cycle of
vaccine production. As the main energy consumption part of the vaccine plant, the power consumption of equipment in the vaccine
plant can be monitored in real time and intelligently analyzed through the energy consumption on-line monitoring system, which
can effectively provide a basis for energy conservation and emission reduction in the plant. Based on the on-line monitoring system
of power consumption, this paper analyzed the specific measures of power energy saving in vaccine plants, tapped the energy
saving potential of plants, and achieved the purpose of energy saving, consumption reduction, cost reduction and efficiency increase.
