摘要: 工业余热回收利用和绿色低碳技术有助于实现国家“碳达峰” 和“碳中和” 战略目标。中国当前能源利用率
较低, 以巨大的能源消耗作为经济、社会发展的支撑, 大量的工业余热排放到空气中, 引起了严重的环境热污染。在此
基础上, 提出了“践行‘双碳’, 赋能绿色———余热回收机组”。基于空气源热泵热水器换热组件的余热回收机组, 循环
溶液中氯化锂的质量分数为22%, 水的质量分数为78%, 回收效率可达70% ~ 75%, 回收速度提升15%左右, 降低碳排
放量30%左右。该余热回收机组通过回收利用工业生产浪费的热能来进行多方面利用, 达到工业产热不损失、降低废气
的排放温度和节约热能源、保障低碳环保的目的。

Abstract: Industrial waste heat recovery and utilization, as well as green and low-carbon technologies, contribute to achieving
the national strategic goals of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutrality". China's current energy utilization rate is relatively low,
with huge energy consumption as the support for economic and social development. A large amount of industrial waste heat is
discharged into the air, causing serious environmental thermal pollution. On this basis, the concept of "practicing 'double carbon'
and empowering green—waste heat recovery units" was proposed. The waste heat recovery unit based on the double exchange
component of the air source heat pump water heater has a mass fraction of 22% lithium chloride and 78% water in the circulating
solution. The recovery efficiency can reach 70% to 75%, the recovery speed can be increased by about 15%, and the carbon
emissions can be reduced by about 30%. The waste heat recovery unit utilizes the waste heat from industrial production to achieve
multiple purposes, such as not losing industrial heat, reducing the emission temperature of exhaust gas, saving thermal energy, and
ensuring low-carbon environmental protection.
