摘要: 为解决当前煤矿空压机电能消耗过大且效率较低的问题, 结合实际生产开展了空压机节能设计和余热回收系
统设计方面的研究。空压机节能方面, 通过重新选型空压机及采用变频节能启动达到目的; 余热回收系统方面, 通过配
置不同型号的余热回收系统实现对热能的回收利用。最后验证了空压机节能改造和余热回收系统的实际应用效果。实践
证明, 设计取得了理想效果。

Design of Energy Saving and Waste Heat Recovery System for Coal Mine

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of excessive energy consumption and low efficiency of air compressors in coal mines,
research was carried out on air compressor energy-saving design and waste heat recovery system design combined with practical
production. In terms of air compressor energy saving, the purpose was achieved by re-selecting air compressor type and using
frequency-conversion energy-saving start-up; in terms of waste heat recovery system, different types of waste heat recovery system
was configured to achieve the recovery of heat energy. Finally, the practical application effect of air compressor energy-saving
transformation and waste heat recovery system was verified. Practice has proved that the design achieved ideal results.
