梅花井矿窄煤柱巷道爆破切顶卸压技术及应用

摘要: 为解决梅花井矿窄煤柱巷道的安全回采问题, 以梅花井矿1118106 工作面回采巷道为工程背景, 提出了巷道
深孔爆破切顶卸压技术, 设计了现场施工工艺并进行了应用。结果表明, 爆破切顶卸压技术的应用能够有效降低巷道围
岩应力集中程度, 顶板下沉量最大值为76.75 mm, 锚索受力最大值为156.64 kN, 巷道围岩稳定性明显提高, 控制效果
显著。

Blasting Roof Cutting and Pressure Relief Technology and Its Application in
Narrow Coal Pillar Roadway of Meihuajing Coal Mine

Abstract: In order to solve the safe mining problem of narrow coal pillar roadway in Meihuajing Coal Mine, this paper took the
mining roadway of 1118106 working face in Meihuajing Coal Mine as the engineering background, firstly the deep hole blasting
roof cutting and pressure relief technology of roadway was put forward, and the on-site construction technology was designed and
applied. Results show that the blasting roof cutting and pressure relief technology can effectively reduce the stress concentration
degree of surrounding rock of roadway. The maximum value of roof subsidence is 76.75 mm, the maximum value of cable force is
156.64 kN. The stability of surrounding rock of roadway is obviously improved, and the control effect is remarkable.
