智能煤巷掘进工作面建设关键技术探讨

摘要: 为提高掘进作业的安全性和掘进效率, 实现掘进工作面减人增效的目标, 以城郊煤矿21111 下巷运输巷为工
程背景, 通过提高21111 下巷设备机械化、自动化和智能化程度, 建立了掘、支、运协同高效的智能掘进工作面, 实现
了远程智能截割、远程可视化等功能。通过开展井下工业试验, 验证了智能掘进工作面系统能够适应井下复杂的工况环
境。研究对提升煤炭采掘设备的技术水平、降低劳动强度、减少掘进断面危险因素等具有重大意义。

Key Technology of Intelligent Coal Roadway Heading Face Construction

Abstract: In order to improve the safety and efficiency of excavation work, to achieve the purpose of reducing workers and
increasing efficiency of excavation working face, with 21111 lower roadway haulageway as the engineering background, by
improving the mechanization, automation and intelligence level of 21111 lower roadway equipment, an intelligent driving face with
efficient cooperation among excavation, support and transportation has been established, and remote intelligent cutting and remote
visualization functions have been realized. After carrying out underground industrial tests, it is proved that the intelligent heading
face system can adapt to the complex working conditions underground. The research has great significance to improve the
technical level of coal mining equipment, reduce labor intensity and reduce the risk factors of excavation section.
